Ebunu Chinoye popularly know as Madam Central is a singer also a song writer. Ebunu Chinoye hails from Umuebu community,in Ukwuani Local Gov Area Delta State of Nigeria.She started singing in the Church since 1991 then later joined the faith centre choir C.A.C Obiaruku in the year 1994. She release her first album ONWA in the 2020.
