Reluctantly, Ridley and her father, Elliot, are enticed to go on a work holiday. They unintentionally kill a unicorn on their way to the remote mountain home of the incredibly wealthy Leopolds. Odell Leopold, an ailing tycoon, quickly tests himself when he believes the creature's blood might have therapeutic qualities. When this pharmaceutical tycoon is fully recovered, he expects to make a lot of money. In actuality, though, other unicorns are moving in to retake their domain and exact revenge for their departed relatives.
